EXCITING NEW PRODUCT: WEAR-TUFF WEAR PLATES ARE
NOW AVAILABLE.
Lund Coating Technologies, Inc. is now offering WEAR-TUFF Wear Plates as
an economical and highly effective solution to abrasive wear problems for many applications. Designed as an alternative
to costly welded hardfacing, and with hardness of 60 Rockwell "C" or more, they outlast wear resistant or unprotected steel
surfaces many times over. Available in a wide variety of standard square sizes and thicknesses, they can easily be plug-and-tack
welded, and cut or trimmed. The standard formulation wears smooth to provide a low friction surface - ideal, for example,
for use in tilt-bed truck beds, loader buckets, etc.
